Bruno Castro

Bruno has over 20 years’ experience in judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution. His practice includes representing clients before state and federal courts of all levels of the Judiciary as well as arbitration tribunals. She also acts in the pre-litigation phase, cooperating with clients in defining and coordinating the best strategies for each situation, including seeking legal solutions that shorten the resolution of disputes, such as mediation.

He has been a member of the Bocater Advogados team for over 15 years, leading the strategic civil litigation and dispute resolution team with a particular focus on civil, corporate, capital markets and private pension issues. His expertise in this area also includes issues related to banking and financial law, contracts, insurance, credit recovery and privatization of public companies.

Before joining the firm, he was a trainee, lawyer and partner in the Litigation area of a renowned law firm in Rio de Janeiro.
