Gabriel Leite’s practice is focused on civil law and supplementary pension and institutional investor issues. His experience includes advising clients on issues involving corporate governance, compliance, contracts and administrative litigation, as well as data protection.
With solid experience in advising clients in the area of closed supplementary pensions (pension funds), Gabriel acts in both advisory and litigation matters involving complex issues in this practice.
He is a collaborating member of the Brazilian Supplementary Pension Institute (IPCOM) and an associate of the International Pension & Employee Benefits Lawyers Association (IPEBLA).
