Catarina Martins is an associate at the firm’s Public and Administrative Law department. Her practice focuses especially on advising and representing individual and corporate clients in cases of administrative improbity and investigations by administrative tribunals, with a special focus on the Federal Audit Court (TCU).
She also acts in advisory matters involving Public Law and also on issues related to the areas of Infrastructure and Regulation.
Her previous experience includes a stint at the Rio de Janeiro State Public Defender’s Office (DPGE-RJ).
