Natália Ichaso

Natália’s practice in the complementary pension and labor areas is broad, involving both advisory and litigation matters, with a special focus on serving pension funds and institutional investors. 

Before joining Bocater Advogados, she was a lawyer at the Rio de Janeiro State Health Foundation, a public foundation governed by private law which is part of the state’s Indirect Public Administration. At the institution, she held various positions, such as interim legal coordinator for personnel and labor legal advisor. 

Her previous experience also includes brief stints at the 1st Family Court of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice (TJ-RJ), the Federal Public Defender’s Office (DPU) and a large digital education company. During her undergraduate studies, she also held the position of People Management Manager at Ímpeto Empresa Júnior Jurídica.
