Pedro Oliveira’s practice is especially focused on the areas of supplementary pension funds, civil law and labor law with a corporate focus. He has more than 10 years’ experience in both advisory and litigation practice, with activities focused especially on serving pension funds and their sponsors.
Pedro advises clients on complex transactions involving closed pension funds and institutional investors. His work involves representing clients before administrative and judicial tribunals, as well as regulatory bodies, with strategic and large-scale litigation demands.
In civil law, his practice focuses on litigation in collection and credit recovery actions, review of financial transaction contracts, real estate law with a focus on real estate financing and fiduciary alienation issues.
He also works in the labor area, advising clients on consulting issues and strategic processes geared towards business interests. He has experience in handling class actions and public civil suits, as well as strategic planning for mitigating labor risks and structuring business models.
He has written articles on private pensions, civil procedural law and labor law with a focus on companies.
