Rodrigo has extensive experience in regulatory, civil, and administrative law, with a strong focus on strategic litigation and advisory services in highly regulated sectors such as oil and gas and public infrastructure.
He represents and advises clients in cases of administrative improbity and investigations conducted by administrative courts, particularly the Federal Audit Court (TCU).
In the advisory area, he focuses on Public Law issues and topics related to Infrastructure and Regulation.
His previous experience includes working in the legal department of a state-owned company, law firms, and an internship at the Office of the Attorney General (AGU), where he was involved in matters related to his current areas of practice.
Graduated in Law from the Estácio de Sá University (December 2019).
Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English (Brasas English Course/2013).
