Bocater Advogados was one of the winners of the NetDocuments platform’s Inspire 2024 Award in the Latin America Excellence category. The firm was recognised for its innovative use of the tool to improve efficiency and security in document management, as well as supporting compliance with the LGPD and remote working.
Each year, the LATAM Excellence Award honours a law firm in Latin America that is creating significant change through the effective and innovative use of NetDocuments.
During the judging, it is assessed whether the team demonstrates exceptional use of NetDocuments’ features to streamline legal processes, reduce manual tasks and improve overall efficiency and accuracy in legal document handling and case management, leads the initiative to adopt and advocate NetDocuments in the Latin American legal market, including actively promoting its benefits and functionalities and helping to drive local awareness, and has experienced substantial improvements in efficiency, productivity and client service through innovative use of the platform.
According to the award, “transitioning from a traditional file server, Bocater has since migrated over 600,000 documents, fully embedding NetDocuments with their case management systems for litigation and ERP for advisory roles. This seamless integration has not only streamlined their document management processes but also significantly enhanced internal workflows, collaboration, and overall productivity. The firm has a proactive approach in educating and engaging with the legal community, including collaborating with partners in LATAM in panel discussions, and has positioned themselves as a champion of digital transformation. Their dedication to sharing their journey and the tangible benefits of NetDocuments has played a pivotal role in promoting advanced document management solutions across the region”.
