At the end of the year, the Futuro Bocater project held a meeting on 3 December with psychologist Luana Scheid.
In an afternoon of learning, practical activities and chat, those present debated the topic ‘How to give structured feedback? Pragmatism without forgetting empathy’, with the aim of improving communication and contributing to the growth of colleagues.
With the aim of promoting an even more collaborative and empathetic working environment, Futuro Bocater will be back in 2025 with new dialogues and reflections!
