Bocater has participated in the drafting of the Code of Best Practices in Corporate Governance of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and the Brazilian Association of Publicly Traded Companies (ABRASCA) and regularly assists in the updating of these guides, as well as other activities and projects of these entities.

• structuring compliance and integrity programs;
• fulfilling the obligations of publicly traded companies to disclose information on the adoption of the governance practices set out in the Brazilian Corporate Governance Code – Publicly Traded Companies (“practice or explain” model);
• drafting corporate policies, including a code of ethics;
• modeling the institutional design of the organization, both for small and medium-sized companies and, especially, for publicly traded companies or companies preparing to go public;
• training in general on the subject.
