Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York and São Paulo, Brazilian firm Soares Bumachar Barros Advogados and Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam have helped Brazilian aircraft manufacturer company Embraer issue notes worth US$750 million.
BB Securities, JP Morgan and Santander Investment Securities were underwriters and turned to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s New York and São Paulo offices and Brazilian firm Bocater, Camargo, Costa e Silva Advogados.
The Bank of New York Mellon was trustee and is thought to have enlisted Perkins Coie LLP, but this could not be confirmed prior to publication.
The notes are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Embraer will use the proceeds of the issuance for general corporate purposes.
The offering settled on 1 February.
